SOULTRIAL is an original dark fantasy audio series created, directed, written and illustrated by Lavinia Duval (born: Lavinia A.) with the support of a team of 30 creatives, including composers, vocalists and voice actors that have gathered from all over the world to realise the vision.Since the project's establishment in 2023, SOULTRIAL (formerly Project CAELAR), has developed into a unique world of its own, flooding the centre with gritty storytelling and shattering character growth in a fictional setting combining Swedish culture with elements from Norse mythology, folk and mental health topics.SOULTRIAL elaborates on Lavinia's creative abilities by uniting them all in one project. On June 7, 2026, Lavinia had the opportunity to exchange with All Ages Of Geek about SOULTRIAL and shared insight on the process and the making of SOULTRIAL, creativity during the age of GenAI and how solo indie developers are called to step up and use their creative gifts.

Lavinia Duval (born: Lavinia A.) is a creative generalist and (non-union) voice actress based in the south of Germany.Originally coming from a background in art, media and design with aspirations in game concept art, Lavinia worked as a graphic designer for a small film agency and later became the creative director and social media manager for a Dutch student magazine.Lavinia's first acting experiences reach all the way back to theatre performances she participated in as a child. In March 2025, she made her voice acting debut where she soon re-discovered her joy for acting. In the same summer, she was cast as the playable Caliboor pilot Koonay of Project IYO (Filthy Dragons), not soon later participating in a game jam as Tona in the Norse adventure Galdrakona (Team Chirp).While Lavinia is publicly active within the voice over community, she is also known as the creator, director, artist and author of the audio series SOULTRIAL.
